Returns

For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, cuffs and piercings. Please read the product description carefully, ensure that the material, size, desired placement of the jewellery is suitable for you and consider metal sensitivities before purchasing.

Faulty Goods and Incorrect Items
All orders are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the event that your jewellery happens to be faulty, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your item/s and provide us with your full name, order number, photographs showing the fault as well as a description. If you wish to make a return, the jewellery must be in its original packaging (box and pouch). Returned items without any confirmation and original packaging will not be accepted.

The item will be inspected to ensure it is a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear as we cannot consider this as a fault. If the item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be sent. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item excluding postage and shipping costs.

If you have received an incorrect item please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your full name, order number, photographic evidence and a description of the issue so that we can resolve it for you as soon as possible.

We must be notified through email of the faulty goods or incorrect items before mailing a return. It is the responsibility of the customer to organise and cover the costs of return postage. It is recommended that your item/s are returned via a traceable method. UMIRA Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned. We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements or refunds for "change of mind". Requests for faulty and incorrect items can only be approved within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. We are not liable for the loss, damage, improper care, colour changes, misuse, wear and tear of the jewellery. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or a refund.
